The New Era of Podium

The New Era of Podium

After nearly 14 years of building Podium from a dream into a company that helps clients reach the very top, it’s time for me to take a step back as Managing Director.

My decision comes with immense pride and confidence, it’s not goodbye, it’s the beginning of something new. Podium has always been driven by results and the people who make them happen. And now, the people who’ve been the backbone of this journey, Katie, Lia, and Sarah are ready to take the lead. I’ll still be a part of the company, but these incredible women will now run the show. Girl power, at its finest.

What I’m Most Proud Of

Honestly? The clients. Watching businesses grow, seeing their dreams come true, and knowing we played a part, that’s what has made every late night, every strategy meeting, every challenge worth it. And the team. I could not be prouder of the people who’ve made Podium what it is today.

The Future Is Bright, The Future is Podium Pink

Sarah, Lia, and Katie know the company inside out. They’ve lived and breathed Podium for years, and now they’re the ones steering it. The service, the results, the dedication, it’s all staying exactly the same, just with a fresh, unstoppable energy leading the way. Nothing is changing in terms of who we are or what we stand for. You’ll still see the same commitment, the same culture, and the same team that’s always been here for you. The only difference? The torch is officially in new hands, and it’s in safe, brilliant hands. And I’ll be cheering them on every step of the way.

A Message to Our Clients

To our clients: thank you. Truly. You’ve made this journey unforgettable. Podium’s future is bright, and you’re in amazing hands. And as for me? I’m chasing a new dream, launching a motorsport-inspired clothing brand, Purple-Helmet, with my lifelong friend and racing genius Paul Lofthouse. It’s playful, it’s bold, and it’s a little bit cheeky, just like life off the track. Here’s to new chapters, continued success, and keeping Podium at the very top. - Over, Andy out
